Pre Purchase Vehicle Inspection in Saint Helen’s Park, BC

I brought in my european collector car hoping they wouldn't brush me off because not all shops bother with anything out of the ordinary. Dan made me feel good about bringing the car there immediately, telling me they liked a challenge. We discussed finding parts and gave me a chance to order from a specialty shop before rebooking the repair.
They did the repair quickly and didn't overcharge.

I took my car in for an inspection and to have a “mysterious” sound identified. It wasn’t good news but they were so kind and understanding of my situation. I was really pleased and will take my car there for any services needed.

M C Auto did a full mechanical inspection, flushed and replaced all fluids for a newly purchased used vehicle to make sure we didn't get a lemon. They provided an extensive report of what they found and the work done. Once they confirmed the vehicle was OK, they installed a Bilstein 2.5 inch lift kit and had an alignment done. They quoted before the job and invoiced for the quoted amount, so no surprises. I am extremely happy with the work done and the experience with the staff. I will be using them from vehicle maintenance, repairs and upgrades from now on.

Dan let me know the condenser was leaking from some hairline cracks seen from the addition of coolant dye added in the previous repair . I recently had the compressor changed which set me back $1700. Having another $1200 repair was not in the books at this time. Dan recommended adding an affordable and safe non polymer sealant to the coolant charge and that would hold it for a while and is usually successful. Hoping I get a few more years before having to replace the condenser. It was the best solution for my budget. Overall happy with the communication, and solution.

Took my 2008 Prius here because I had some worries with how it was running. the shop checked it out and were very honest with there inspection when finding nothing when they could’ve easily sold me something but didn’t. They also didn’t charge me when finding nothing wrong definitely a good shop!! Will definitely be going here in the future if a problem does occur Thank you

I have been having our motorhome serviced and provided with annual check ups for about 10 years. The folks there do a great job and are always courteous and accommodating. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They don't do things that don't have to be done until they do need to be done. We are happy customers. Bob

We bring our fleet vehicles in to MC auto and always get such good service that I started brining my own personal vehicles in as well. I wouldn’t bring my trucks anywhere else in the lower mainland

Friendly, thorough service. I like the fact I was emailed a detailed service report with photos and recommendations on what service may be required in the future, but no immediate concern. They also provide very nice courtesy loaner vehicles.
